Silmax S.p.A., in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, in order to ensure a working environment in which any unlawful conduct committed within the Company can be reported freely, has implemented a so‑called Whistleblowing System.

Whistleblowing is a procedure that makes it possible to report irregular or unlawful conduct in a safe and confidential manner.
